1. Partial Changes in the Organization effective on October 1st

1. "SPE Division" and "Sales & Services Division" will be merged to "SPE Division".

2. Under "SPE Division", "Clean Track BU" will change the name to "CTBU", "Surface Preparation Systems BU" will change the name to "SPSBU", "Etch Systems BU" will change the name to "ESBU", "Thermal Processing Systems BU" will change the name to "TPSBU", "Single Wafer Deposition BU" will change the name to "SDBU", "Post Sales BU" will change the name to "FSBU".
3. "Post Sales Dept." will change the name to "Field Solution Dept" under "FSBU".
4. "Sales & Services, Japan", "Sales & Services, Korea", "Sales & Services, Asia", "Sales & Services, North America & Europe", under "Sales & Services Division" will be abolished. "Japan Sales", "Korea Sales", "Taiwan Sales", "Asia & China Sales", "North America & Europe Sales" will be newly established under "SPE Division".
5. The service section under "Sales & Service Division" will be under the jurisdiction of "FSBU" under "SPE Division" by changing it.
6. "SPE Business Strategy Division" will change the name to "Corporate Business Strategy Division".
7. "Marketing Dept." under "SPE Business Strategy Division" will change the name to "New Business Planning Dept.".
8. "IT" under "Manufacturing Division" will be transferred under "Corporate Administration Division".
9. "Corporate Procurement" under "Manufacturing Division" will be newly established, and then "CD(Cost Down) Project" under "Manufacturing Division" will be newly established.
