1. SPE-1 Division and SPE-2 Division will be merged to SPE Division. (Hikaru Ito; EVP).

2. Test Systems BU will be reorganized to Test Systems Project and MEMS will be also
    reorganized to MEMS Project.

3. Test Systems Project and MEMS Project will be under SPE Business Strategy Division
    (Kenji Washino; EVP), and Epion Project will be newly established under the Division.

4. Development & Manufacturing Division will be reorganized to Development Division
    (Masami Akimoto; SVP) and Manufacturing Division (Hirofumi Kitayama; EVP).

5. IT and Information Systems Dept. will be transferred under Manufacturing Division.
